I have been trying to get Mail Merge working for the web client but seem to be coming across nothing but problems, initially the site information was missing from the Administrator and I found there were 2 entries in the BRANCHOPTIONS table. I managed to get the site information updated and get the entries in the table sorted which has enabled the mail merge in the LAN client but I just can't get it working in the web client the error that is being shown now says:
The mail merge engine encountered an error and cannot continue. The attachment path property has not been defined.
As I have the attachment path set in the administrator I don't know what else to do, the user has downloaded the add on using the enhanced SalesLogix button from the from screen but all that seemed to do was enable the write menu.
Im normally working in the LAN client so Im completely lost and would appreciate any help.

Did you try resetting the Web Server (IISReset).
If the Web is still complaining that the Path is not found, it may have it cached (with the incorrect value).
