Hi,
One of our customersenables his Outlook addin for SalesLogix. He gets the SalesLogix toolbar with the options and
it's possible to do some changes in there. However after closing Outlook the SLX toolbar has been disabled and
he needs to manually enable it again. It's his own PC in his homeoffice, so no company policies or whatever running.
Any ideas?

What edition and version of MS Office is it? (ie. Professional, Home Premium and 2007/2010 etc)
Installed as administrative user?

Most likely this happens because Outlook disabled the addin.
It can be re-enabled in File | Options | Addins | Manage COM addins.
Why the addin is disabled is a different question... When Outlook is restarted, Outlook usually shows a band between the message list and the ribbon saying that the addin was disabled because it crashed or because it was slow to start. Does the user remember what Outlook displayed there?

Did you find a solution for this? I have it now, no sign of what is causing it.
