While in the lead list, I can right click on a lead and I get a menu option for "Delete Records". I would like to either a) remove this option, or b) disable the option for most or all users. Is there a simple way to do this within the SLX framework?

If you have v7.5.3 you can use the web administrator to lock this down. If you have a previous version, then its a custom route that you need to take.
I am unsure exactly what you need to do as I had my BP lock down what I needed but I am sure there is someone on this community that can shed some light on this for you.

In the AA.. Go to the Portal manager -> Sage SalesLogix -> Navigation
You can then select any of the Navigation items (ex: Context Menus) and "rip them out".... rebuild and deploy.
If you are not sure you can do (or understand) what I described, then you need to:
A - get formal training on the new web (SageU.com)
B - have your BP show you (or do it for you)
