How to keep tab selected on Home Page (Other than one which has property "Make Default = true")?

If I select a tab in Home page & then refresh the page. The tab does not remains selected on page reload (The tab which has property "Make Default" true will get selected on page reload).

 

How can I make the tab selected on page reload again?
