We are currently attemping to set up Gmail Integration for a new Saleslogix 8.1 Cloud install but we have unfortunately run into issues at the 'Authorizing Google Integrations' stage. The steps listed per the Getting Started Guide are as follows:
While we are able to go through and retrieve the Authorization Code without any problems when we click OK (last step) we always get the following error message:
"Unable to retrieve authorization token: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized."
We have tried this using multiple gmail accounts but always see the same error. Has anybody encountered this before, and if so, know what we are doing wrong?
