Default Picklist Value in Meeting Category Picklist in Activity Screen in SLX Web 8.1

Hi All,

 

I am in process of migrating Saleslogix from 7.1 LAN to SalesLogix 8.1 Web and mobile. Most of the stuffs are been customized or designed, but while creating meeting activity default meeting category is set to "Sales Visit". But I could not manage to implement that in Web.

 

Can some one put some light into this scenario. I am sending picklist setting info as attachment.
