Some of our customers( remote users with automatic synchronisation) receive the following message when they close their laptop( windows XP) or sometimes during they work. Any idea?

I have seen this one before and I found that it would stem from 2 possibilities:
1. User closed his laptop during an active sync cycle
2. Connection time out to the server (usually resulting in a less than stellar wireless connection)
I've made sure that my users use a wired connection whenever possible, but more importantly I make sure that they run a manual sync before shutting down at the end of the day to ensure the cycle has completed. It seems to have corrected the problem in my case.
Give it a shot and see if it persists.
