Saleslogix 8.1 Outlook Integration - Missing Buttons

Hi all,

never ending story .... missing Outlook Buttons Smiley Sad

we have installed Saleslogix 8.1 Lan-Client with SNC 01

on Windows 7 64-bit with Office 2013 (32-bit). (Complete Installation).

After opening Outlook the first time, the new configuration window appeared. We entered the settings and closed it.

In Outlook there are alle Saleslogix Buttons or Menu Entries missing. No Send SLX, no Sync Button or the Options Button.

We have un- and re-registered the new slxotl32.dll several times. Also started CMD with admin rights.

We also checked, that the Add In is activated in Outlook every time.

Wiped out the config with Outlook Spy and in the registry.

No buttons in Outlook Smiley Sad

Any ideas what we are missing?

Thanks and kind regards

Re: Saleslogix 8.1 Outlook Integration - Missing Buttons

Sorry to bump an old thread, but we have just encountered what appears to be the same issue. Terminal Server, 8.1, missing outlook integration! Did you ever find a solution for this?

Re: Saleslogix 8.1 Outlook Integration - Missing Buttons

Same situation here, some users on the TS specified not to setup the Outlook sync wizard immediately now it cannot be retriggered and the buttons are missing. Re-ran installers, registered dlls, checked disabled addins etc no luck.
