We have a client that has been successfully using SLX Mobile v5.5 with BES for over a year.
Recently they have starting getting the following error when logging into the Mobile Administrator: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Despite the error the system is still fully operational however no one can use the Mobile Administrator.
Sage support recommend a complete re-install.
Has anyone see this error and/or resolved it?

I get this error when trying to access Opportunities on the webclient 7.5.4 (with Web Updates 1, 2 and 3). I can access the group view, but the moment I click on the description I get "The given key was not present in the dictionary."
I have tried accessing opportunities from the Account.Opportunity tab, and I've tried different opportunities.
Any solution on this?
This is running Firefox on Windows 2003 server.
