SLX User subscription blob v7.5.1

Does anyone know of a way to parse the accountid's from each user's subscription blob? I know I can execute the query to read the blob from the execute sql in the workgroup admin, need a way to pull them out either vbscript of using vb.Net for all users (140)

Treat it as byte data.. not ascii.
