This issue is affecting one of our 7.5.2 customers. When changing the date of some, but not all, existing activities in Saleslogix they see the following error:
Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have been changed since it was last read
The profiler shows the following:
UPDATE ACTIVITY SET STARTDATE=[DBTYPE_DBTIMESTAMP,20140522 00:00:05.000],ALARMTIME=[DBTYPE_DBTIMESTAMP,20140521 22:45:05.000] WHERE ACTIVITYID=[DBTYPE_STR,"V6UJ9A000IHV"] AND STARTDATE=[DBTYPE_DBTIMESTAMP,20140521 00:00:05.000] AND ALARMTIME=[DBTYPE_DBTIMESTAMP,20140520 22:45:05.000]
The issue appears to be that the StartDate for this particular activitiy is '2014-05-20 23:00:00.000', which does not in any way match the StartTime it is looking for in the above clause. Has anybody come accross this before?
