I have tested the record to history from the sent items folder on several customer's systems and it appears to work as expected. We have one customer that record to history is looking at the 'from' address instead of the 'to' address.
The training image from Bootcamp is actually an identical setup to theirs, SLX 7.5.3 (LAN), Outlook 2003 SP3 and works fine.
Any ideas on where to look?
