Sometimes slx users see error message (something like this - see http://www.infotecs.ru/_ak/MailMergeFailBarkanVVisAdminCropped.png ) during Mail Merge.
If they press 'OK' - mail merge finished successfully, but this annoing popup make some hurt to everyone.
How to fix this bug?
PS: About enviroment. SLX 184.108.40.2064 runnig on Windows Server 2008 R2 (Terminal users), MS Office 2007.

It looks like the SQL statment we pass to Word's MailMerge.OpenDataSource() method is not being understood in order to open the Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 database connection. Is this an x64 box?
Try adding the following to the registry:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SalesLogix\MailMerge] "DataSourceSQLStatement"="SELECT * FROM `SLXMAILMERGE` WHERE (`SKIP` = 'F') ORDER BY `POSITION`"
The default value, the one that would be failing (if this registry value is undefined) is:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SalesLogix\MailMerge] "DataSourceSQLStatement"="SELECT * FROM [SLXMAILMERGE] WHERE ([SKIP] = 'F') ORDER BY [POSITION]"
It could be that the opening and closing brackets are being interpreted differently.
