How the TOOLS-MAINTENANCE forms are made? can i replicate these?

I desperately need to implement a floating form like the ones on the TOOLS-MAINTENANCE (like "check for duplicates" for example) but I can't find out how they has been done to replicate the exact same "floating" behaviour, but it seems to be hard coded.

I need a form that keeps opened on top, and doesn't close when loosing the focus..like these do, and allow you to move through the application

Anyone has ever done something similar to this?.

Yep.. we have done it quite a few times for clients. You have to have your VBScript open the MainView in a "non-modal" manner.
