Duplicate Activity Creation during Automatic Followup

On History Details View we have customaztion I suspect causing an issue that is creating duplicate activites. The dupilicate is trying to set TicketID information.

 

It doesn't appear there is any step through possible with SLX correct?

 

The Ok and Cancel buttons are missing from the form, I assume this is just something SLX does by default and not customizable. Am I correct? If so what sub does OK call?

I suspect it is this:

 

QASYS: call trigger (Q6UJ9A009Y3P), table: ACTIVITY

 

But I can't figure where that would be.

I figured out what that is. The only thing I can't figure out what is being called when you click OK on Activity Details Form.

We did some work here that calls a "follow-up" process....

 

The correct place to do it is at the tail end of  the AXFormAfterPost sub. Anywhere else will cause you difficulties.

I believe you are right about it is somewhere else and is the source of my pain I just can't seem to find it yet. The weird thing is if i remove a custom text box and label it stops from the form.
