When one punch's out of a ticket and there is a contract associated - it is possible to get an error thrown complaining about line 264 in Ticket Activity Support (vbscript include file).. and the punch out fails.
This is caused by simply changing the Contract Type picklist and removing the entry "Value" from the ShortText. Line 264 makes a specific reference to that text string ("Value").
Work-around: Put the entry "Value" back into the Contract Tyep picklist (Text and ShortText).
Long term - business logic needs a look at to get rid of referencing a specific text/ShortText entry in the picklist.
