i wonder is it ok to install SLX server application and client application onto on computer. After installing the client onto the same computer, i cannot log into both client application and administrator tool. I get a same error messgae, 'your saleslogix login is invalid'.
Any input will be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Sorry, I assumed as you were a Sage employee you would have access..?
Possible Resolution 1:
Reset the user's password.
1.From the Administrator, access the user profile
2.Click on the 'Change Password' button
3.Click 'OK' to exit the user's profile
4.Press 'F5' to refresh the Administrator.
Possible Resolution 2:
This error can occur if Windows authentication is used for a user who is not a proper network user.
1.Verify user type and convert to network user
2.Disable window's authentication
Possible Resolution 3:
1.In the SalesLogix Administrator, double-click on the user's name in the User list to display their profile.
2.Verify on the General tab of the profile that the 'Login Active' box (next to the Change Password button) is checked. If not, check it.
3.Click 'OK' to exit the profile
4.Press 'F5' to refresh the Administrator
Possible Resolution 4:
Stop and restart the SalesLogix services.

i think i can not install administrator tool and network client onto one pc. I have reinstall the server and deploy the network client onto another workstation.
