Sunsetting Schedule

Is there a time line available for when versions 7.5.2 thru 7.5.4 will no longer be supported?

Re: Sunsetting Schedule

Standard poicy (and has been forever) is to keep the latest 3 "major" releases as supported.

 AFAIK this currently is:

      8.1.x

      8.0.x

      7.5.x

I would not be suprised to see the last one changed from 7.5.x to 7.5.4 .. but there's been no scuttlebut on it.. but if things remain true to past actions.. expect it to happen in the spring (still snow & skiing here so it's not really yet spring to me ;-)

Re: Sunsetting Schedule

As far as I am aware, 7.5.3 and before are now critical fix only. The below was in Swiftpage's newsletter from November 2013:

"Due to the ever changing IT environment and market, we need to focus our resources on 7.5.4, 8.0 and the eminent release of 8.1. And, therefore we are announcing that Saleslogix versions 7.5.0 thru 7.5.3 are moving to Critical Fix Only Status."

Re: Sunsetting Schedule

.. which is a GOOD reason to upgrade to 8.1.x ;-)
