I am looking for a company that is using Saleslogix with a Call Center environment..
Looking to review their experiences in the implementation and use of Saleslogix in that environment.

We have a client that is call center based and doing a (significant) customization to implement a true Call Center Solution (CCS) .
A - You need to completely model the business process(s)/workflow and develop around it.
B - TaskCentre to handle automation and pieces of the workflow (email alerts, back office real-time integration, etc)
C - Screen pops and call recording
It's SalesLogix LAN/Windows based of course.
