For Saleslogix Cloud, we use Windows based servers to host our environments, which weren’t affected by the Heartbleed issue.
Amazon made the following information available last week, shortly after the Heartbleed bug was announced addressing areas impacted:
The services described are not typically used on our customer environments. However, if your environment is one that called for any service listed, we have already been in contact with you and no further action is required.
We have used checkers to confirm sites are not currently vulnerable. While all evidence points to our sites being secure, in order to prevent any future threats, we will continue researching any potential vulnerability and steps to proactively address them.
As an added precaution, users may want to change their passwords for web client logins.
