SLX Web 7.5 - App Architect shuts down after login

Hi All,

We just got the App Architect installed here, and I try and login, and right when it fully opens/maximizes, it just shuts down and closes.

Any ideas?

What version/sp of SalesLogix?

Have you done the installation per the Sage supplied documentation checklist?

Did you make sure you are running on a "supported" configuration?

Was this a new install or is it against an existing SalesLogix install?

I know that if you follow the instructions to the letter.. (either the Supplied docs or from the Slx Engineer training) you should be ok.

I saw this issue a month or so ago.  There were errors in the event log refering to some sort of .Net problem.  Googling the error let to technical discussions among .Net developmenters.  We uninstalled & reinstalled SalesLogix AND .Net 2, but could not correct the problem.  We ended up using another sever forthe web.   Let us know if you resolve it.
