SLX V8 on sql express?

We are about to upgrade our SQL from SBS 2003. Is Will our SLX V8 run on SQL Express?

There was a limit to 4 GB in SQL 2005 Express. This Limit still exists, don't know if this is stell by 4 GB. But it will run.
