Hee is something where i do not have any idea what to do:
upgrded to slx 8.1 Web.
One client uses Firefox 28 fine. Can see all tabs with complete content.
Operating System is Window 8.1.
Second user - same versions - opens up the same contact and the ticket tab shows no results.
Same is on account level.
It sais records 0 - 0 of 0.
User tried a different slx login, same result.
user logs in form an other computer and all is fine.
The user uninstalled firefox and deleted the directories under roaming, local and program files x86.
Then firefox 28 was fresh installed.
The result is still the same.
Any ideas here?

It turns out, that the previewProperty seems to be the issue.
The user can see the content of the tabs, if this property is not set in the grid.

Are you saying if the previewProperty is not set in a grid in a tab on the detail view a user can now see he tabs in the detail view?
Is this with a OOTB tab?

Yes, this is what is happening.
After we removed the PreviviewProperty from the grid, the user is able to see all records.
This was the AccountTickets and ContactTickets tab, which we have customized.

From the same client which has the issues I opened the account page of the eval db and looked at the notes/history tab.
Same here, with firefox the grid is either not shown or it shows no results.
using chrome or IE works fine.
The tab in the eval db is NOT customized it is a OOTB system.
