We found out with the help of our customer that chaning the contact in the complete e-mail screen popping up after clicking send or record to slx will not associate the history to an account.
In the source code we found that only the contactid, contactname and accountname is set. The accountid is null.
You will end up with history entires beeing only visible on the contact and not the account.
