We have a user who clicks the "Record to History" button on an incoming email. The mail does get recorded to the contacts history, but rather than the senders name being recorded (the name of the person in the FROM field), the contact field in the SalesLogix record is populated with "Sage.SalesLogix.Entities.Contact". Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it. Thanks
This has been fixed. The contact values LastName, FirstName were not included in the "SalesLogix Extended" tab within the app architect.
