This may be known and I just can't find it.
When a new ticket is added and the Subject - Description - Resolution fields are filled in using the Insert New Ticket and the ticket is saved. When the account level ticket tab is accessed, the Resolution now displays in the Description field and the Resolution field is blank. The Subject line is correct.
I have compared the scripts on the current version of the ticket tab with the Legacy 7 script. They appear to be the same. (I am not a developer all I can do is compare)
Is this a known issue or FAD?
