I have set up a collection letter template in Word with the data source being an Excel spreadsheet. The merge works fine and I can email the recipients individually via Microsoft Office.. Is there a way to also send the emails to SLX?
The emails need to be sent from Outlook and not SLX as we have a special collections profile. I merged into PDF files and I can then choose them individually and email using send SLX. The problem with that is that the document is then an attachment.
Any help would be appreciated!
