What are the issues with library documents not getting consistently synced to the remote. We are going to start using the Library and my counter part stated that there might be issues.
It hasn't happend yet but I am trying to be proactive.
Thanks,
Mark

This is the only issue Im aware of and it is for new remote users. If you do come across any sync issues there are 3 options to quickly resolve (as below)
1. Create a library file and set to forced distribution
2. Sync it out to a remote
3. Create a new remote user (Library file does not sync out to remote user)
4. Either remove and read library file, or change the revised date
5. Sync -> library file goes out to all remote users
There are two existing defects that were closed (1-51706 and 1-51729).It was stated this is FAD and the Help was updated to inform the administrator that once a library file is set to forced and does sync, it will not sync again. The administrator would have to remove and read the library file and set it to forced distribution at that time. The only way that user will get the library document (via forced distribution) is to either remove the library file and re-add it, or set the revised date. This will cause the library file to sync to everyone
