Leads Syncing from Remote to the host based on seccodeid

7.5.2

Windows 7

SQL 2005

LAN installation

Trying to remember are leads supposed to sync from the remote to the host.

1.  Log into remote as user with rights to insert leads

2.  Create a lead

3.  Assigne an owner (seccodeid)

4.  Run the sync

5.  Run the sync server

6.  Try and locate the lead on the host signed on as admin.

At present the leads are syncing fine to the remotes from the host based on the seccodeid, but they are not coming back.  This is more for informational as we do not allow the remotes to create leads.  I am being proactive to get the information prior to being asked.

Thanks for the replys in advance.

Yes by default Leads should sync in either direction.

You might check the outgoing tefs on the remote before you run syncclient to see if the Lead transaction exists.

Thanks Paul,
Did a quick uninstall and reinstall of the remote client and it is working now. Kind of figured that would do the trick.
