This morning we received a number of calls from customers who could not log into their Saleslogix system through the IE browser (IE10 and 11). The issue is NOT effecting all customers. Currently we do not have the root cause although it does seem to have a time trigger.
If your customers experience this issue, there are two workarounds available:
-Switch to Firefox or Chrome (where the issue does not occur)
-Roll back the time on the users’ computer by 1 day
We have mobilized our support and R&D teams to respond to customer calls and determine the root cause ASAP. We will keep you informed as updates become available.
