We have a proxy server in place and we have been experiencing some issues with accessing the Cloud version of Sales Logix. The issue is with authenticating out to the web. We have added the current IP addresses to bypass our proxy, but I am afraid that if those servers are ever rebooted then the IP addresses will change.
Anyone else have a proxy in place and how do they handle bypassing this site?

The IP address for your Cloud instance is fixed to the DNS you were given, and should not change.
