We have a user that gets the following error when trying to lookup a contact from inside the Web Client.
Sage SalesLogix
GetGroupDataReaderFailed: :
Invalid Column Name 'TICKETNUMBER'.
If I login using this users credentials on the SLX server to the web client, I cannot recreate the error. The user is running XP pro and IE6.

Thanks had done all of the above and that did not correct the issue. Went out on a limb and deleted all of his cookies and that appeared to correct the issue. Not sure about this one but it is fixed at this moment.

Howdy, thanks, but I think I deserve most of the blame on that one. i just suprised a cookie could afftect look-ups.
