Hi
We have a client using the SLX Customer Portal (v7.5.4). They have a requirement where they wish a Parent Account to have access to all tickets for their Account plus all Child Accounts. I have tested this through (also in 8.1) and it doesnt appear to work OOTB. Has anyone found a solution to this requirement?
