Customer Feedback Forms

Hi all,

 

Does anyone know of any products that can integrate with SalesLogix that can be used for customer surveys/feedback? We use the Ticketing system in SalesLogix for our help desk and have the requirement to be able to send feedback forms to customers upon the closure of a ticket, with the ability to then run reports on this data.

Almost anything "can" integrate.. depends if you are looking for OOTB integrations or are willing to do or pay for someone to handle the integration.

Preferably OOTB, not sure what is out there though (if anything).

 

To give a bit of a clearer idea of what i'm after, we use GoToAssist as our remote control software which gives the customers opportunity to leave feedback through a web form at the end of a session. We can then run reports on this data. What we ideally would like is something that does the above but where we can send a request via email to the customer to fill one in so we can get feedback even if a remote session was not used (GoToAssist cannot do this unfortunately), preferably something that can integrate into SalesLogix.
