Cloud question

[ Edited ]

A customer wants to move their SLX LAN system to a server hosted offsite somewhere.    What I have read about "SLX in the Cloud" so far talks about using it for sales demos or proof of concept - not a production platform.   Is the "Cloud" a viable place to put a SLX LAN server at this point?

I know that SLX LAN does not work well over a WAN, so would a hosted solution require Citrix or Terminal Server, or would renting a slot in a server farm located nearby with a dedicated data link be a cost-effective solution?

Re: Cloud question

Thanks for the promo Mike!

We have some very good answers for this question. "Cloud" is very possible. It's NOT a Sage provided solution so YOU will be able to take the revenue!
