Blank TicketID and SeccodeID in Ticket Table

In SalesLogix Web 7.0.1 rarely ticket table get stored with blank TicketID or Blank SeccodeID. for customer single ticket is also very crucial.  Challenge is that it happens once in a month. have anyone faced same issue?

Have not seen it, but have not much experiences with the web client in that version.

Is there a chance to update them to 7.5?

You will then have the new web platform which will make things a lot easier.

We are in process but that is going to take long time. Do you know any tool/way which will not eat too much resouces like Tracer and keep tracing the system.
