We have been a SalesLogix customer since 2007. In the past we have always had access to the SalesLogix customer portal with Sage but now our Business Partner is saying that they no longer have access to the portal nor can they provide it to us.
I was just wondering how we now go about getting access to hotfixes and the knowledgebase now that Saleslogix has been bought by Swiftpage.

Thanks I think we have it sorted now I managed to get in contact with the national distributor and they are sorting it out.
We are based in Australia so deal with a local BP however we've always had access to the customer portal directly and have done our own patching and upgrades.
