1st time post so be kind. As a business user, I want to create new content in the My Worksplace area, the OOB options while ok, doesn't fill the need. What is the best practice can I follow to develop. Are there other options available that I am just not seeing? We don't have SLX developers here and work through a vendor for everything. Are there options in Adminstrator that I can turn on? Any direction is welcome.

We are on 7.2.2 and we don't use the Web Client so I can't help you with your specific request but generally speaking I can applaud you for seeking best practices from the SLX Community. Hopefully, someone should be able to assist.
As for the vendor who does your SalesLogix development, it they are not a certified SalesLogix BP, you might want to look into that option. Sage can provide a list of those serving your area but like anything else, there are good ones and bad ones.
