Just doing some SData testing and needed to go into the SData forums on the SData site...
1000% better than the community... It's nice and clean.. and far easier to work with... Definitely prefer this approach.. look and feel.
Take a look:

Oh yes.. and to add.. the Wiki approach of info on SData is really good! Wish we had something like that on-line for Saleslogix.
Comments anyone?

Really? I think this community is FAR better looking than the SData site. So lets chalk that up to personal taste regarding appearance.
Rather, lets talk about funcitonality. What does the SData site offer that is more robust or more user friendly than this site? I did not see any features on that site - it is a very basic forum site. The conversation threading is worse than this site. The organization is rudimentary.
I am not fighting to keep Lithium by any means - it just seems you are impressed by a technology which appears to me to be the very basic foundation of what Lithium was built on. It is certainly not an improvement IMO - sorry to disagree RJL - I know we are on the same page and we both want this community site to be better.

On "looks".. yes, the community has a prettier face. However, real beauty is under the face/skin ;-)
I like the plainer look of the SData Forum - takes less screen real estate to display what we see on the Community and it seems faster as well.
True, it needs good threading capabilities - like we get w/NNTP groups using Outlook Express. BUT lithium's approach to floating the entire thread to the top on a new post is nasty.
