Unlock an account in Web Admin?

Before I look any harder, can it be done (under 8.1), or do I have to use the LAN Administrator?

Re: Unlock an account in Web Admin?

What do you mean by unlock an account? - there are no "locks" in SLX.

Re: Unlock an account in Web Admin?

Hi, the equivalent of restore account access, ie when a user has got their password wrong too often and it won't let them in any more and they're 'locked out'

Re: Unlock an account in Web Admin?

In the Web Admin go to the Users MainView.

There you should find a group called "Users with Failed Logins"  if not you can create one.

Like any other mainview you can multiselect and use the "Reset Users" common task.

We have the group, but couldn't see the Reset Users options, hence why it seemed strange, will have another look

It's an option in the Task Pane under User Tasks. Smiley Happy
