We are having issues where saleslogix is locking up when microsoft lync is running. Has anyone had this issue and if so know any good work arounds for it. It has happened with Lync client 2010 and 2013.

I have not seen this, but I mainly tested with web client.
When does the client hang, when you receive a call?
Have you installed any integration into slx?

Not using Lync to take calls. The Saleslogix client locks up. We have tried using Lync 2010 and 2013 clients and still locks up. If the client closes Lync Saleslogix won't lock up. There is no integration between SLX and Lync.

Hi,
I am currently using SalesLogix 7.5.4 with Lync 2010 in production. I have not seen this behaviour. Both products are working fine.
