Saleslogix 7.5.2 web reports issue

Hi All,

I have installed SLX 7.5.2 web on a Windows 2003 64 Bit Machine. Every thing is working fine except Reports. Reports are even displaying. But with out images. I am able to deploy the reports portal and client portal. I am able to open the reports but i am not able to see the reports properly. They are displaying completely with out images. I have deployed the slxclient on 3333 and Reports on 80 Ports

Per the SalesLogix Compatibility doc.. Crystal reporting for the web is not supported on 64 bit.

But My Production Machine is Working fine with same configuration. I have resinstalled on my QA Machine. I have used Crystal Reports Server SP4 version for installing CRYstal Reports Server. It got installed fine. But giving problems in Displaying Images. Any Clues Please

OK.. did not know you had the crystal sp4.

Since this is basically 100% oem'd technology, I'd suggest you contact Sage SalesLogix Tech support directly.

Have you deployed everything in your wwwroot folder or somewhere else?

In wwwroot you have a aspnet folder with some crystal files in it.

These files also hold images you will need.

Normally crystal creates a virtual directory called crystal... Just do the same on your server and it should work.
