Someone know which is the use of Urgency Manager. I know from the SLX 7.0 and later, the KnowledgeSync is used as Notification and Alerts Manager.
Urgency Manager is accessed from SalesLogix Administrator --> Systems --> Offices tab. Then, double click over Office details, it open the Edit Office Information window, go to Service / Support tab and finally press 'Urgency' button.

Its not used as a notification tool (like early versions of SLX or KS) The Urgency Manager is mainly used to prioritise tickets (Ticket Urgency)
