Is anyone else experiencing an issue with the SLXProfiler where none of the Saleslogix applications appear within the available applications window? I have several test and live servers running the exact same version of Windows and Saleslogix. However, out of 4 servers the SLXProfiler only works on 1. I login as the same user on all servers (The Domain Administrator)
Does anyone have the resolution for this?

I don't have an answer I am afraid but wanted to jump on the bandwagon, see this issue quite often and have never really got a satisfactory answer as to why it sometimes works and sometimes not, likewise I login to numerous machines, as the same user, full admin rights and it is hit and miss.
Would be great to get this working consistently as it is always when you really need it, it picks up nothing.
Siwfties any thoughts on this, you must have all seen it at one time or another?

Might want to try this:
1. Stop IIS. In a DOS prompt, type iisreset /stop.
2. Stop the SalesLogix services through Services.
3. Go to C:\ProgramData\SalesLogix\Profiler (this will likely be a hidden folder)
4. Delete the TMP file.
5. Start the SalesLogix services
6. Start IIS. (iisreset /start)
