The SLXMobile client was set up and works in all areas except Tickets. Tickets do not show up under the ticket icon or in the Account Ticket tab. We ran the sdata feed for tickets on the web host and it returned data. Is there any check in the SLXMobile client for blanks or nulls that needs to have data? Could a blank id field in the ticket table cause this issue?

1.2 is close but not officially released/announced.
2011_R1 sounds like the 1.0 release...
1.0 runs ONLY w/Saleslogix 7.5.3
1.1 (and when 1.2 is announced) only runs on 7.5.4
.. and there was a bug w/missing AssignedTo on tickets.. If a singel ticket is not assigned - NO tickets appear.
Just make sure all are assigned (it's a SECCODEID value)

We also had issues where the AssignedTo, ReceivedBy, CompletedBy's weren't pointing at valid\existing! SLX Team's (or Self Team's). They show the 'user's name' but are NOT UserID's, they are SECCODEID's\Teams link values.

The issue/problem s not confined to Tickets. There are issues with (almost) all of the entities where there is bad or missing data.

Correct, and the data issues causing entities\forms to not display properly isn't confined to SLXMobile.... SLXWeb is much less forgiving if an (for example) Account.AccountManagerId is blank, null, wrong....than the LAN.
