Any way to recover a password for a mobile user?
Without autosync, need to login and sync to get new password when reset in administrator. Do I need to reinstall?

..not my words.. :
n 5.1, there is no robust password refresh. However, if the has not logged out of the application, the administrator can reset their password and the user can enter it into the settings tab in the Mobile client. If not, then the adminstrator will have to reset the users password and the user will have to re-install the BlackBerry client.
FYI; in 5.5/5.6, when a new Mobile user is added you can send out an install notification email to the user that, by default, will contain the users credentials which they can hold onto for these types of situations.
