Hi All,
I have the following issue with firefox.
When I click on "view report" the report layout is not as expected.
Also the tool bar with "export to excel, print..." is not visible.
Using the same site with IE shows everything fine.
Both sites are using HTTP.
I checked with firefox 14 17 and 23. All have this issues.
From my pc I tried demo.sagesaleslogixcloud.com/slxclient
There it works fine.
I tried using a seperate web site in IIS and using the same as slxclient (which I prefer).
Always the same result.
I also tried fiddler but had no errors on first view.
Any idea would help me!
Thanks a lot! Alexander

Hi Alexander,
I believe this is because you're running the slxwebrpt portal under .Net4.0
It needs to run under .Net 2.0
We had the same issue and changing it to .Net 2.0 fixes the issue.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
The Application Pool for the Web Reporting is running under .net 2.0.
Sorry, this is not the clue.
I hope you have more ideas!
Thanks! Alexander

This may be obvious but I thought I'd have you check
For the Web Reporting application pool you need:
.Net Framework: 2.0
Enable 32-bit applications: True
Managed Pipeline Mode: Classic
Identity: LocalSystem (or the slxwebdll user)

Hi,
Well, this is my setting.
I have this on different servers and also with slx 7.5.4 on windows server 2003.
I found an article on the web in the sap forum which describes that crystal has problems with firefox.
But as said, the deom site of saleslogix works fine.
I installed the crystal embeded server with sp4 full build.
I saw that there is sp6 out, but I can not install it over the sp4 full build.
It was said, that sp6 is recommended especially for better browser compatibility.
But no way to get this installed, at least I do not know one.
Thanks! Alexander

We also habe this issue on different systems. IE is working fine.
I contacted the support (where it's working) for sending me a copy of their crystalreportviewers115.
