SLX 7.52 / Server 2008 / SLXProfiler - not working

I am working on a test environment with Server 2008 (32 bit) and SalesLogix 7.52

I am trying to troubleshoot a situation where the client crashes on startup, but only for the ADMIN user.

 

When I look in SLX profiler - it is not generating any traces at all - even when I say - trace all.

 

Looking at the profiler version - it says 7.51.

 

Anybody else seeing this, or is did I just do something wrong here?

7.5.1.1742 is the latest (in the 7.5.2 distribution)

 

Traces fine for me on a 32 bit 2008 server.

With regards to the client crashing logging in as the admin user - Check within Manage Groups and ensure Show Groups 'Administrator' is unchecked.
