I am running Windows 2008 x64. The Reference Assemblies folder is in the c:\Program Files (x86) directory not the Saleslogix directory. I am trying to delete it but it will not. I changed the ownership from TrustedInstaller to Administrator and when logged in as Adminstrator, I still cannot delete. I even tried to delete in Safe Mode. No Dice.
Any suggestions?

I think the folder you are looking at does not hold any slx dlls.
SalesLogix - as far as I know - always store it's dlls in a referenceassembly folder within the SalesLogix installation path.
Normally you will find sage.entity.interfaces.dll in this folder.
And perhaps some more, just remember this one.
So if they are not in the folder you are trying to delete, then this folder or the contents does not need to be deleted.

Windows won't let you delete files that are in use. If you're sure you want to delete them, shut down all SalesLogix Services and IIS Admin service.
