Red Square next to User's Account in Admin

We're running SLX 7.5.3 (both LAN and Web).  This is probably a dumb question but I see a Network user account with a red square icon in the Login field.  The user is active but is unable to login.  I've cheched for hung database processes in SQL Server 2005 in the vain hopes of seeing something, but can't seem to find snything specifically related to this one user.  I was wondering if anyone has any insight in terms of troubleshooting.

Hi,

 

I have the same issue that you have reported with a customer, now on two separate occasions a user has had a Red square icon against their name in SLX administrator, on the first occasion I had to recreate the user but I don't want to do this again.

Did you find out why this was happening.

Found what it was
To reset locked out user
If a user is locked out, the administrator must reset user login attempts for the user.
1. Open the Sage SalesLogix Administrator.
2. On the Users screen, right-click the locked out user.
Select Reset User Logins to reset the user.
